The Main Website

This website (enneagramcafe.com) is an informational site. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personal data through forms on the main site. We do not use analytics or tracking scripts, and we do not track your behaviour across pages or build any profile of your browsing activity.

Cookies

This website does not set any marketing, analytics, or advertising cookies. Our content delivery network, Cloudflare, may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies to provide security and performance services. These are not used for tracking and cannot be used to identify you personally. You can read more in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare — content delivery and security. Cloudflare processes your IP address to serve the site and protect against abuse.
• Adobe Typekit — web fonts. Your browser makes requests to Adobe's servers to load fonts. Adobe's privacy policy applies to this service.
• Calendly — session booking. If you follow a booking link, Calendly's privacy policy applies from that point.

None of these services are used for advertising or behavioural tracking on this website.

Discover Your Type

The Discover Your Type tool at discover.enneagramcafe.com collects and processes personal data as described below. The tool does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels.

What we collect

When you complete the questionnaire, we collect your name and email address, your responses to the questionnaire (open-ended text), your age range and how you heard about us (both optional), and your IP address (for fraud prevention).

When you purchase an extended report, debrief session, or voice coaching programme, we also collect your confirmed Enneagram type, responses to follow-up questions about challenges and goals, and payment details (processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number).

Your questionnaire progress is saved in your browser's local storage so you can return later. This stays on your device and is cleared after 7 days or when you submit.

How we use your information

• Name and email — to send you your personalised report and follow-up emails (legal basis: your consent via the GDPR checkbox)
• Questionnaire responses — analysed by AI to generate your Enneagram report (legal basis: your consent)
• Age range and referral source — to understand who uses the tool and how they find it (legal basis: legitimate interest)
• IP address — to prevent abuse and spam submissions (legal basis: legitimate interest)
• Challenge and goal descriptions — to generate your extended report or action plan (legal basis: contract)
• Payment information — to process your purchase (legal basis: contract)

Who we share your information with

We share your data only with the services needed to deliver what you've asked for. We do not sell your data to anyone.

• Anthropic (Claude AI) — your questionnaire responses are sent to Claude for analysis to generate your report. Anthropic does not use this data to train their models. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
• EcoSend (by GoSquared) — your name, email, and report details are stored in our email platform so we can send you your report and follow-up emails. See GoSquared's privacy policy.
• Stripe — if you make a purchase, Stripe processes your payment. We receive confirmation of payment but never handle your card details directly. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Wise — if you pay by bank transfer (voice coaching), we display Wise bank account details for you to make payment. We do not send your personal data to Wise.
• Calendly — if you book a debrief session, your booking details are shared via Calendly. See Calendly's privacy policy.

Emails from us

When you submit the questionnaire, you'll receive your personalised report (immediately) and a short series of follow-up emails to help you explore your results. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing will not affect your ability to download your report.

Data retention

Download links expire after 30 days. Your questionnaire responses and reports are retained so we can provide support and regenerate reports if needed. Browser-saved progress is automatically deleted after 7 days or on submission.

Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Railway in Amsterdam. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe using industry-standard encryption. Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — ask us to delete your personal data
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from emails at any time
• Object — object to how we process your data
• Complain — contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you're not satisfied with how we handle your data
